Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how much benefits can be used in a year?
Typically with insurance there is a maximum benefits amount. This amount varies and depends upon your plan. Usually it ranges between $1,000 and $2,000. With our membership plan there is no limit to amount of savings.
Is there a limit to what procedures the membership plan covers?
No. All procedures are covered under the membership plan. These procedures include but are not limited to fillings, tooth extraction, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and complete dentures. In addition, procedures performed by our pediatric dentist and oral surgeon are also covered by the membership plan.
Are clear aligners covered?
Yes. All procedures are covered even clear aligners such as Invisalign/ClearCorrect.
If I am a member does that guarentee same day treatment?
We strive to complete all of our patients treatment in a timely manner. Although we would love to be able to do same day treatment on all of our patients, sometimes our schedule does not allow for us to do so. If we can’t get your treatment completed same day, we will get you in quickly.
I’ve been told that I need a “deep cleaning”. Is a deep cleaning considered to be a preventive cleaning?
In short, no. However, during the initial exam an evaluation will be completed by our hygienist and dentist to determine if a preventive cleaning or a deep cleaning is needed. A preventive cleaning is for those with healthy gums. A deep cleaning is needed when gums are unhealthy and the patient has what is called periodontal disease.
